Be referrable! The lead for your next job will probably come from someone you know or meet. When you talk to people you know or meet, be the most caring, sincere, optomistic and real person they talk to that day. Don't ever whine or complain about past jobs or current situations - the majority of people will not refer a person in this state of mind.
The devil wants you to think there is nothing more permanent than your current situation. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.

Rich Sanders
Rich is a hiring manager for American Honda Motor Co., Inc. working from the Regional office in Irving, Texas. He has served the company in a variety of capacities, most recently as Zone manager for the Automobile Division. As a hiring manager Rich has seen hundreds of resumes and conducted hundreds of interviews throughout the country. He has seen qualified candidates miss the cut simply because they didn’t have a good resume or didn’t have the interviewing skills necessary to reach the next level in the hiring process. Rich is a trained behavioral interviewer and loves to be involved in people’s lives where he can make a difference, especially in career development. He holds the belief that the career path of any individual be pursued from a Biblical perspective, by combining an individual’s God-given talents with their learned strengths and skills. Rich has written scores of resumes and has provided interviewing coaching in a variety of settings. His “ministry” is helping others, not just in a job search, but maximizing opportunities as they arise for long-term, career growth and development.
Sarah Harris
Sarah Harris, a successful entrepreneur, has operated two businesses in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area for over 17 years. With an expertise in handling people and business, the next logical move was to start her own ventures: Prestige Design--a graphic design and printing firm; and Creative Surfaces, a construction company specializing in concrete stain application. Sarah’s experience and aptitude for design, customer service, marketing, and PR, served her well and led her to the next level, a call to ministry. With a heart for assisting men and women who are struggling with job search, Sarah has provided one-on-one career counseling from a biblical perspective through Gateway Church since 2003.

I cannot say thank you enough to the Career Development Team for their incredible support, encouragement, and advice. After being self-employed for 9 years God asked me to transition into a new career. The Career Development Team helped me design a powerful resume, highlighting my skills and experience that resulted in an immediate interview, and landed me a job with in 7 days. I am so thankful that God uses this team to impact and influence so many people's lives. I give all the praise and glory to God Almighty.
